They say that their formulas have more ingredients that can help you to sleep and then wake up refreshed and ready to go. They say that they have clinically proven fat burners, appetite suppressants, and other completely stimulant free alternatives meant to provide you with superior results. Bu the question is, how does it work?
There was a study recently put out on sleep and weight loss. It found that the difference between obesity and a healthy weight is a mere 1 hour in sleep! Those who got less sleep were typically under more stress, did not allow their bodies to recuperate at that level, were less active during the day, etc, which is all of course related to the weight factor. But sleep is a time when your body naturally rebuilds and recuperates.
